After the participant notifies the organizer of the cancellation in a timely manner, the organizer will refund the entry fee in the amount of 50% of the amount paid if the cancellation is registered by July 10, 2021. No refund will be made if the application is canceled after July 10, 2021. The organizer will refund no later than 30.09.2021. If desired, the participant may, instead of a refund, ask the organizer to transfer the entry fee in full for the next edition of the race.In case the participant wants to switch from a shorter race to a longer one, it is necessary to inform the organizer by e-mail and to make an additional payment according to the price list that is current at the time. If you switch from a longer race to a shorter one, you need to notify the race organizer of the change by email. For this change, the organizer does not refund the price difference. For this change, the organizer is not obliged to return the difference in prices. In case of emergencies, weather, earthquakes, floods and extreme weather events in the period up to 15 days before the planned date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the race after which all participants will return 50% of the funds paid. The remaining part of the organizer covers part of the costs of the organization incurred until the moment of cancellation. If the race is interrupted due to bad weather, or any reason beyond the control of the organizers, no refund will be made.
Once the start numbers are picked up, their exchange between participants is not allowed. Pick-up of start numbers and packages will take place on Friday, July 23, 2021 in Vucko Hotel on Jahorina from 18:00h.
The organizer will inform the participants about the exact dates for picking up the start numbers and packages in a timely manner through publications on the website, social networks and e-mail. The start number and package can only be received with ID with a photo.

In the start zone, the acceptance of the equipment that the competitors want to leave for safekeeping will be organized, which will be waiting for them in the finish zone after the end of the race. The organizer is only responsible for the equipment that is handed over to the accredited person and which is packed in a bag with the start number recorded. The start of the race is at 06:00h AM.
MAXI Participants of the MAXI Trail on Saturday, 24.07.2021 gather at the location Jahorina at 06:30 AM and the location Sarajevo, from where transportation is organized at 07:00. In the start zone, the acceptance of the equipment that the competitors want to leave for safekeeping will be organized, which will be waiting for them in the finish zone after the end of the race. The organizer is responsible only for the equipment that is handed over to an accredited person and which is packed in a bag with the start number recorded. The start of the race is at 08:00h AM.
Participants of the MINI Trail on sunday, 25.07.2021 gather in the start and finish zone of the shortest race no later than 08:30AM. In the start zone, the acceptance of the equipment that the competitors want to leave for safekeeping will be organized, which will be waiting for them in the finish zone after the race. The organizer is responsible only for the equipment that is handed over to an accredited person and which is packed in a bag with the start number recorded. The start of the race is at 9:00AM.

On Friday, July 23, 2021 at 19:00, the organizer will hold a technical meeting with the participants of MAXI and ULTRA Trail on Jahorina.
On Sunday, July 25, 2021, just before the start of the race, the organizer will hold a technical meeting with the participants of the MINI race.
In case of emergencies, worsening of the epidemiological situation, weather conditions, earthquakes, floods and extreme weather events, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the race or change the route. Any obstacles that may make the track impassable, alternative routes will be used and will be explained at the technical meeting before the start of the race. Competitors MUST strictly adhere to the officially marked tracks. Due to the rules of the race, personal safety and the safety of other competitors and the staff organizing the race, it is strictly forbidden to use shortcuts and tracks that are not marked. All deviations from the officially marked track, except that it entails disqualification, will be at the competitor's own risk.
Each track (MINI, MAXI, ULTRA) will have a race coordinator. Members of the organizing team and members of the Mountain Rescue Service will be deployed in certain places along the route and will be in direct contact with the race coordinator. Medical staff will also be deployed at specific points, at the start and at the finish.
Checkpoints will be set up in certain places where the organizer will monitor the passage of competitors. Accredited persons will be able to randomly control the mandatory equipment at races where it is prescribed as mandatory. All competitors are required to show the required equipment to the accredited staff at any part of the course. If the competitor for any reason refuses to allow the accredited staff to check, he will be disqualified.
The race takes place mainly in the forest estates of Romanija, Jahorina and Bjelasnica. Competitors are obliged to adhere to the principles of environmental protection and rules that strictly prohibit and sanction illegal human activities against forests..
As a reminder, the organizer notes that in order to protect forests, it is forbidden to leave garbage, pick forest plants and disturb animals. In order to reduce the harmful impact of man on the environment, the organizer has decided on the following measures to help preserve the natural environment in which the race takes place:
• Any competitor who is proven to have intentionally left rubbish and unscrupulous behavior towards nature during the race will be disqualified.
• The competitors shall NOT be given water in plastic cups at the refreshment points. Each competitor shall be required to carry his/her own drinking cup or water bottle, which can be filled at the refreshment points.
• Any illegal activity against the woods noticed by a participant or staff shall be reported to the organizer or to the competent service using a free phone number 080 05 01 02.
The weather conditions for the time of year when the race is held are generally favorable. According to the data of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute, the average number of days with precipitation in July is 10 days. This is most often the occurrence of local showers, which are accompanied by thunder, heavy short-term precipitation, and sometimes with hail. This is the greatest risk and potential danger for the summer months, especially in hilly and mountainous areas where local showers and thunderstorms are more intense due to the impact of orography. The minimum temperature in the early morning hours can drop a little below zero as the altitude increases.
In case of emergencies, weather, earthquakes, floods and extreme weather events, the organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the race, even during the race, if real circumstances pose a danger to the health of competitors. For the above reasons, the organizer can change the route of the race, about which he will inform all competitors in a timely manner.
The participants must possess the following equipment on ULTRA and MAXI race:
• Water container or bottle with minimum volume of 1 litre
• Foil blanket
• Head lamp with spare baterries
• Mobile phone with reliable battery
• Rain jacket
• GPS device with inserted race route.
Mandatory equipment will be checked before the start of the race, random checks will be performed on the track during the race. Participants of the MINI Trail race are exempted from the obligation to have foil blanket, headlamp, a cup, rain / wind jacket and GPS device with them, while other equipment listed as mandatory also applies to them, with the difference that the water tank can be smaller in volume.
The organization recommends the following equipment:
• Cap, hat or bandana
• Sun and wind protection cream
• Gels,chocolate bars and supplementation
• First aid kit with elastic bandage, painkillers and band-aids
If the participant decides to use sticks, he/she should take care of them from start to finish. The organizer will not take any equipment left by competitors at refreshment points or at any other location during the race.
The competitor will be disqualified with withdrawal of their race number if:
• fails to pass a check point;
• takes shortcuts;
• throws garbage away during the race;
• fails to aid a participant in difficulty;
• insults or threatens the staff or volunteers;
• uses transport during the race;
• refuses to undergo checks by the medical staff along the race route;
• refuses to allow checks of the obligatory material;
• does not have a head lamp, a survival blanket, camel bag or bottles.
The penalty will be applied immediately.
ULTRA: The time limit for the end of the race is 23 hours, that is, until 05:00 AM on Sunday, July 25. The trail has four places with a time limit. For participants who drop out at these places due to injury or lagging behind, transportation to the finish line will be organized..
MAXI: The time limit for the end of the race is 16 hours, that is, until 24:00 on Saturday, July 24. The trail has three places with a time limit. For participants who drop out at these places due to injury or lagging behind, transportation to the finish line will be organized.
MINI: The time limit for the end of the race is 6 hours, that is, until 12:00 on Sunday, July 25. The last contestant will be accompanied by a "cleaner" to help those who are injured or give up.
For each race, the organizer will publish a complete description of the tracks with time limits by checkpoints. Competitors who do not reach the place with the marked time limit on time will be stopped and will not be allowed to continue the race. In addition, medical staff who will be deployed along the length of the course will have permission to stop and inspect competitors who they deem incapable of continuing the race. To protect their health, competitors must follow the instructions of the medical staff. Otherwise, they will be disqualified immediately.
The organizer will provide transportation to the finish line for all participants who drop out due to injury, those who are banned from further performance by medical staff, as well as those who break the time limit. Transportation to the finish line will be done according to the plan of the race coordinator after enough people give up to fill the vehicle unless the situation requires urgent transportation. All competitors who give up outside the points from which it is possible to perform transportation, are obliged to reach the next checkpoint or refreshment station from where they will be transported further by vehicle.
Competitors must be autonomous and carry at least one liter of fluid and some food. Due to the high temperatures characteristic of this time of year, it is recommended to wear salt or rehydration supplements to reduce the risk of fluid and mineral loss. All competitors with prominently displayed and valid start numbers have access to reinforcement stations.
WATER at refreshment stations will be EXCLUSIVELY poured into glasses / bottles / containers that competitors carry with them. Other refreshing drinks will be available in the original packaging. It will be possible to pour drinking water in other places along the route.
FOOD is consumed within the refreshment station. Along the tracks of MINI, MAXI and ULTRA there are refreshment stations with food that can be consumed only within the refreshment station.
GARBAGE that remains after eating and drinking, runners are required to dispose of in designated areas around the refreshment station.
After leaving the circle of the refreshment station, the competitors are recommended to take care to have food and water with them to get to the next refreshment. After passing through the finish line, all competitors will have another refreshment station with refreshments for the participants of the MINI, MAXI and ULTRA Trail and a meal that will be served near the finish area.
